Time is Running Out to Register Your Property for the Brownfields Transaction Forum

Now in its fourth year, the Brownfields Transaction Forum is the primary deal making event at the National Brownfields Conference.  This fast-paced, interactive session is attended by hundreds of buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders involved with redevelopment ready properties from across the country.

New to the Transaction Forum this year is a fully-interactive Google mapping system of all the registered properties. This mapping system displays key site information, a short description of the property, and highly detailed satellite imagery from Google maps.  Buyers of brownfield sites will be able to preview the available properties at the Brownfields Transaction Forum.  Sellers just need to register their properties for the Brownfields Transaction Forum and the website updates the map with the available site information.  So whether you have property in Detroit, Grand Rapids, Phoenix, Florida, or New Hampshire your property's information is only one-click away and available before the conference even starts!

There is no cost to attend the Brownfields Transaction Forum, but you do need to pre-register to attend.  If you are a seller of brownfields sites be sure get your properties registered and online today!  Registration for the Brownfields Transaction Forum closes Aprill 11th.
